Schatz Marine Instruments – Tradition & Precision with a Maritime Heritage

Schatz is a name that has been synonymous with high-quality nautical instruments for over 100 years. The brand was founded in 1881 in the Black Forest (Germany) and built a strong reputation with classic ship clocks, barometers, and comfort meters that combine German quality and traditional craftsmanship.

Today, Schatz's production and heritage are continued by Delite, a Danish company that acquired the rights and instrument production of Schatz in 2012. Since then, the instruments have been manufactured in Måløv, near Copenhagen, maintaining the classic Schatz traditions but with modern technical improvements.
