Prices

The prices stated for the articles are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the stated prices (unless otherwise specified). Before the agreement is concluded, the total price including shipping costs will be communicated via our website. The shipping cost scale is as follows:

From 100 euros = free in the Netherlands (with the exception of Flagpoles).

Worldwide
-Shipping costs for flags and pennants €25,-
-Standard shipping costs Worldwide €45,- (with the exception of Flagpoles)

Payment

Payment can be made in the manner(s) indicated during the ordering process. Further payment and order conditions may be imposed on a customer's order. After placing an order, the customer will immediately receive an email confirmation with the total costs, including order costs. Payment is always made entirely in advance:

• iDeal: using internet banking, you can pay electronically and securely via our site. After placing your order, choose the iDeal payment method.

• Credit card You can also pay directly and online by credit card. Your payment will then be authorized online, so you immediately know whether it is approved or not.

The customer gives "Andries de Jong BV" permission to perform all actions necessary to facilitate payment in the payment method chosen by the customer.

Delivery

Andries de Jong BV strives to send your order within 1 - 3 business days. 90% of our items are directly available from stock. If an item is not in stock or has a longer delivery time, we will contact you. If desired, we can refund the purchase amount immediately. However, Andries de Jong BV is not obliged to do so. The maximum delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that they wish to receive them later.
If it proves impossible to deliver an order within 30 days, you (the customer) will be informed in good time and you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
An order will not be sent by us if it cannot be sent completely, unless consultation with the customer has taken place about this.
If the delivery is delayed either due to (temporary) unavailability, or for other reasons, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be executed partially, the customer will be notified of this within 7 working days at the latest after placing the order. In that case, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Andries de Jong BV will then arrange for a refund. Deviations in color, type, text and/or price changes reserved. Offered goods and/or services are depicted and/or described clearly and truthfully and as completely as reasonably required.
